It was a bit surprising when we learned that Tyga had gifted his barely legal GF Kylie Jenner at 250K Ferrari for turning 18.

This was the same Tyga who is being sued by multiple landlords for not paying his rent.

Radar Online thinks they have uncovered the key T-Raww's sudden acceleration of purchasing power: sources tell the gossip site he leased the sports car.*

Nothing wrong with that. In fact, some will tell you it's the best way to handle getting your hands on such an expensive vehicle.

But Radar's sources also tell them he leases the car in Kylie's name.

The same sources claim that the Kardashian/Jenner family is worried Tyga is using Kylie for her cash.

Oh well. This could all be fodder for both Tyga and Kylie's reality show.
