Suge Knight has been having a hell of a 2015 so far. The former Death Row mogul has been fighting a murder charge that has had him falling in court and "blinded" by justice. Luckily, or may be not so luckily, the living victim in Suge Knight’s fatal hit-and-run case might be his saving grace.

TMZ recently tracked down this audio clip from the Los Angeles Police Department of Cle “Bone” Sloan, the man Suge hit before running over and killing Terry Carter. According to the soundbite, Sloan feels that he is partially to blame for the death.

“I was in a rage,” Sloan says on the recording. He then goes on, “I fucked up. I get that ’cause a guy is dead behind this shit.”

In the video, the actor can be seen attacking Suge when he pulls into the Tam’s Burger. Sloan's confession could be a real turning point for Suge's case but the antics he's been pulling in court recently, like claiming to be legally blind, could still be working against him.

On April 16, the judge ruled that Knight will have to stand trial for running over Sloan and Carter on the set of the upcoming Straight Outta Compton movie. His bail was initially set at $25 million, but then he passed out in court and got chained to a wheelchair so they reduced it to $10 million.

What do you think of Suge's chances?

A) He's going to get off?

B) He's definitely doing time.
