A 'Straight Outta Compton' Sequel Isn't Happening Yet

Daz Dillinger has said in a couple interviews that a sequel to Straight Outta Compton was in the works. It'd be centered around Snoop Dogg, Tupac and Tha Dogg Pound. The idea definitely sounds like it could be a winner, but Universal responded to these claims by saying it's not currently on the schedule.

"At this time there are no plans for a Straight Outta Compton sequel,” Universal told Entertainment Weekly.

Daz had stated that Ice Cube was on board. But EW also reached out to him and he said that nothing has been green lit as of now.
