We speculated it may be high priced advertisement for a Funny or Die video, and it turns out that's exactly what it was.
As you can see, Rush Hour wasn't the only movie Diddy and Lee were spoofing; they also turned Face/Off into a franchise and made the most confusing sequel ever.
