Rick Ross just got himself a $20 million watch.
He's now under contract for a $37 million home.
The 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom abode on Miami's celebrity-filled Star Island includes a heated pool, a summer kitchen, an entertainment room, and plaza deck terraces throughout.
Ross plans on gutting the mansion and fitting it to his style, which will cost millions more.
Ross also owns a massive estate in Georgia and recently purchased multiple homes from Meek Mill.
The Internet believes Ross's net worth is $60 million -- which sounds about right based on his music career and endorsements. That's a nice chunk of change, but not nice enough to spend over $60 million on watches and homes in rapid succession.
So maybe Ross is really good at investing. Or maybe something else is going on.
