Odell Beckham Jr. Just Signed The Biggest Shoe Deal In NFL History

NFL players don't get the same kind of shoe deals as NBA stars do.

But Odell Beckham Jr. may have just changed that a little.

The Giants receiver just re-uped with Nike for five years $25 million. If certain incentives are met, the deal could be worth up to $48 Million over 8 years. The deal is two times as much as Nike has ever paid a football player.

It will also pay Beckham more than the Giants, since he's still in his four-year $10.4 million rookie deal.

The deal grew so large because Adidas wanted to sign Beckham from Nike and Nike had the right to match.

Still, it's nothing like what NBA players get. Last year, Lebron James signed a lifetime deal with Nike worth at least a billion. Top players like Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and James Harden can make well over $20 million a year on their deals.

And that's not even getting into the many, many billions Lonzo Ball will eventually get.

(Well, at least according to LaVar.)

Ion need luv...
