Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's divorce includes the divvying up of their combined $325 million fortune.
Granted, Cannon has had some real success here and there. But it stands to reason Mariah is responsible for the bulk of that wealth.
Now she's behaving like she is, and that's causing problems with Cannon.
According to TMZ, Cannon is suing Carey because her business manager Michael Kane arranged the sale of the $9 million LA home the couple used to share without first asking his permission. The 34-year old isn't upset that it was sold; but rather that he was kept out of the loop during the process.
Cannon wants all the proceeds from the sale to be frozen until its determined exactly what he's supposed to get.
Mariah's team doesn't seem too worried about the lawsuit. Kane called it "frivolous," and added it's a "desperate act from a sadly desperate man." Ouch. For the latest Hip Hop tracks and news, follow us on Twitter.
