Offset was denied bond for the third time yesterday.

The Migos member was arrested in April during a college campus concert on guns and drugs charges  Since then he's been in Bulloch County Jail where he's racked up counts of battery and inciting a riot.

During his latest bond hearing, Offset produced witnesses who said it wasn't him who caused the violent prison disturbance on May 2nd.  Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. "Robbie" Turner said he would review the surveillance camera evidence, and we guess he didn't like what he saw because Offset was denied bail again.

The other big factor in the decision was Offset's record. Priors were initially why Offset remained in jail after the April 18th incident at Georgia Southern University, whereas Migos members Takeoff and Quavo were bailed out quickly on the same charges.

Who gets bailed out first, Offest or Shmurda?
