Right after Kevin Gates deleted his Instagram page, a similarly entertaining Hip Hop social media figure quit Twitter.
Lupe Fiasco has been brawling on Twitter for years, with his latest targets including Kid Cudi and Azealia Banks. But yesterday he decided that he was leaving Twitter for good.
"When you get the chance look at my timeline. It's like looking into Dante's Inferno. The raw pure hatred and negativity. I see it everyday," Fiasco said in one of his goodbye Tweets.
Fiasco's account is still up. We don't know if that's because he wants to continue to promote his new album Tetsuo & Youth, which drops Jan. 20, or because he is keeping his options on Twitter retirement open. (This isn't the first time Fiasco has threatened to hang up his keyboard.) Check out what he claims are his last Tweets below.
