Lil Wayne's Bus Shooter Is Trying His Best To Snitch On Birdman

Jimmy Winfrey, who shot up Lil Wayne's tour bus back in April, really wants to implicate Birdman in the attack.

In court papers, Winfrey argues that he shouldn't be the only one charged with the crime since "[Birdman's] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting."

While Winfrey, who has association with both The Bloods and Rich Gang, never specifically says Birdman ordered the shooting, he posits that "[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime."

Birdman has denied any role in the shooting. Last month, prosecutors named  the Cash Money boss and Young Thug in the indictment against Winfrey, but didn't charge either with anything.
