It's been a minute since famous Canadians Drake and Justin Bieber were on track together.

Bieber's 2012 Believe cut 'Right Here' to be exact.

Absence must be making Bieber's heart fonder because he posted a mighty nice message to Drizzy on Instagram this afternoon.

Drake is hosting the first-ever NBA Awards on TNT later tonight. 

Maybe that's what Bieber means when he calls him "more than a rapper" and "a culture shifter."
