Round two of Meek Mill's probation hearings  ended today with the judge ruling Meek was in violation.

Mill will have his travel restricted to Philly and its five surrounding counties until February 5th, when he will be sentenced. He also won't be allowed to perform -- even in his hometown.

Meek had been in hot water for flying to the AMA's in California in November without getting the court's permission. There were also reports that he failed a drug test when his urine came up cold water.

According to TMZ, Meek got emotional on the stand, and pleaded that he's no thug.

"I'm not a criminal," he said, breaking up. "I have my queen, Nicki [Minaj] now. I'm trying to do better and feel like I can be the best rapper out there."
He also apologized to the DA for calling her a bitch in his 'Faded Too Long Freestyle.' That probably wasn't a good idea ...
