Jeremy Lin has played on four teams in his five year NBA career, so the one-time sensation and now solid sixth man has a lot of insight into the practice habits of different players.
He's on the Lakers now, and one of the team's beat reporters, Bill Oram, asked Lin what sets Kobe Bryant apart, keeping in mind that he also played with volume scorers Carmelo Anthony and James Harden. Oram Twitted out the 26-year old's response.
"Jeremy Lin played with Melo and James Harden. What sets Kobe apart? "'How hard he works and his attention to detail.'"
Oh, snap. Well, that really won't change any perceptions of Anthony and Harden -- especially when contrasted to old man Bryant.
Anyway, if Lin doesn't go out of way to praise the Black Mamba, he's never going to get the ball in LA.
Do you think Lin meant to throw shade on Melo and The Beard? And do you think they'll now both be gunning for Lin and his swiss cheese D next time they square up against the Lakers.
