Jay-Z and Beyoncé Renew Their Vows, May Be Moving To Paris

It's almost like Jay-Z and Kanye are in a battle over who can be Hip Hop's sappiest husband.

Not long after West used his unique brand of poetry to publicly serenade wife Kim Kardashian on her birthday, we get  publicist-leaked word that Jay-Z has renewed his wedding vows with Beyoncé. This comes after the infamous elevator tape, and a summer of speculation that Jay and Bey were headed for splitsville.

"They did have major problems," a source tells PEOPLE. "But they worked it out and they've renewed their vows."

There is also word that the lovebirds are looking to buy a house in Paris, where they were engaged and their daughter Blue Ivy was conceived. (And where at least one person doesn't know who they are.)

Earlier this month, there were reports that the couple is working on a joint album.

These days, Jay-Z and his little buddy Kanye are as famous for their marriages as they are for their music.
