Jas Prince Is Refiling His Lawsuit Against Cash Money Over Drake Royalties

Jas Prince dropped his lawsuit against Cash Money and Birdman last month

Prince was suing because he believed he was owed 22 percent of Drake's royalties -- or $11 million -- for bringing Drizzy to CM. After the case was dropped, there was talk of a settlement between Prince and Baby.

Apparently that didn't happen, and now Prince is refiling the lawsuit in New York -- having previously been contesting it in Florida.

So the saga continues. Lawyers continue to be the big winners in the CMYM universe.
