Guy Who Shot Up Lil Wayne's Tour Bus Is Being Charged With Domestic Terrorism

There's a reason that Jimmy Winfrey, who is accused of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus back in the spring, is so eager to snitch on Birdman.

In addition to charges of aggravated assault, criminal damage, racketeering and various firearm counts, Winfrey (aka PeeWee Roscoe) is being charged with domestic terrorism.

The updated indictment alleges Winfrey told Lil Wayne that he would "spray his bus" -- a threat that amounts to domestic terrorism when executed.

Winfrey had worked for Young Thug and Rich Gang in the past, and the initial indictment mentioned both Birdman and Thugger.  However, neither were formally charged as co-conspirators, and both deny any involvement in the crime.
