Padge Victoria Windslowe, who describes herself as a "Gothic Hip Hop Artist" and "Black Madame," is on trial for killing a 20-year old dancer from England with an illegal butt injection.
In February of 2011, Claudia Aderotimi flew in from London for a "touch up" on the industrial-grade silicone and Krazy Glue concoction Windslowe had given her. The procedure was done in a Philadelphia airport hotel. Afterward, the silicone spread to Aderotimi's lungs and brain and caused a pulmonary embolism.
Windslowe now faces multiple charges, including manslaughter and third degree murder, and her fate rides on how reckless the Philadelphia jury thinks she was with her illicit enhancements.
Windslowe, 45-years old and transgendered, wore a low cut shirt and made some bold statements in court.
"Everyone was calling me 'the Michelangelo of buttocks injections,'" Windslowe, told a judge at a final pretrial motion. "God's blessed my hands with everything I touch. I make lots of money, in lots of ways."Widnslowe was charging between $1000 and $2000 per injection. She didn't explain the other ways she made money and we shudder to think.
More on this bizarre story here. Really, we’re lucky Nicki Minaj is still with us. Oh, and here’s Windslowe's 2010 video for "Come'on In My Kitchen."
