Is it fair to attack a man who's under house arrest and can't really jab back?

Drake either thinks so or doesn't care, because he added a new twist on an old Meek Mill diss yesterday during a London performance.

He was performing 'Back to Back.' And why wouldn't he be, it was a Grammy nominated single.

But he added a little something extra to his bars. "That nigga still ain't did shit about the other one," he said of Meek.
