If Drake's social media presence felt even quieter than usual following Meek Mill's diss, it was because the 6 God was in the studio crafting up a response in the form of 'Charged Up.' During his latest episode of OVO Radio on Beats 1, Drake premiered three records. Listen to 'Right Hand' and his remix for D.R.A.M.'s 'Cha Cha.' But here's the cut that has everyone buzzing:

As per Drake's style, there is no mention of Meek Mill's name in 'Charged Up.' However, you know the shots are aimed at him. He's not overly energetic with his bars, but he makes sure to make a few punches: "No woman ever had me star struck/ Or was able to tell me to get my bars up."

There's also a line for Funkmaster Flex ("Tell DJ Clue to drop a bomb on it") and a not so subtle one at Tyga's album sales ("I see you niggas having trouble going gold/ Turning into some so and so’s that no one knows.")

Do you think Drake's response was effective? Meek Mill didn't:
