You would think Cardi B and Nicki Minaj both being on the Migos track 'MotorSport' would temper all of the rumors about the two femcees not getting along.
Instead, they've just ramped them up. There are all sorts of theories about the pair sub-ing at each other on 'MotorSport', and that one or the other didn't know that the other was going to be included on the track
Nicki spoke on the gossip yesterday, dismissing it on Twitter.
Cardi did the same in an interview with Complex.
“I feel like people wouldn’t even be satisfied even if me and her [Nicki] was making out on a freaking photo or if I was with any other female artist," Cardi said when asked about the lingering beef rumors in light of the pair being on a track together. "I feel like people just want that drama because it’s just entertaining.”Check the interview below, in which she also discusses Offset's dramatic proposal.
Here's Nicki's take on the rumors:
I was on the song w/Quavo. No one else was on it. He called & asked if I think we should put Bardi on it, I said “ok let’s do it”. The end.

Migos weren’t even on it yet. Just Quavo. The conspiracy theories r just so tired. Relax. Breathe. Imagine me not knowing who on a song w/me

Anything w/my name on it gets approved by me. It can’t even go on a streaming service w/o me hearing it & giving written approval.

These are men in our culture who simply refuse to let it go. They don’t do this to male M.C.’s. But yo #Motorsport #1 added on urban radio
