It was with much fanfare that Birdman bought Scott Storch's Miami mansion for $14.5 million in 2012.
The Cash Money founder apparently didn't like Storch's taste, because he's dropped at least a million into renovating the 19,000 square foot abode. We know this because on November, 4 Birdman was hit with a little over a million in liens by the The Zankey Construction Company, who claim the 45-year old hasn't paid them for their construction work.
So far no response from Baby, who Forbes says is worth $160 million.
There was a time Scott Storch was worth tens of million, too. However, the producer moved then into the lavish home, started partying all the time, blew his fortune on drugs, girls and cars, and had the bank foreclose on the property.
Given Birdman's hiccup, maybe the mansion is financially cursed.
