50 Cent is preparing to sue Young Buck to collect the 250K Fif says Buck owes to him.
In court documents, 50 explains that he initially kicked Buck out of G-Unit in 2008 due to Buck's excessive spending habits and reckless talk about not getting royalty checks.
Buck would declare bankruptcy for the first time in 2010, suggesting his spending was out of control. 50 took Buck back in G-Unit in 2014, after Buck had served time on weapons charges. Buck got a 250K advance, a two-year contract, and was supposed to deliver two solo albums.
However, Buck and Fif started beefing soon after, and -- according to 50 -- Buck refused to deliver the albums, and instead began dropping music on his Cashville label.
50 Cent agues his contract with Buck is still valid because he never produced the albums, and is looking to get back the 250K.
